As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization we are a legal entity organized, and operated to perform public, and social benefits. The easiest place to verify our ability to perform as a non-profit is through the state of Pennsylvania. Upon request we provide our IRS determination letter. We also provide our EIN letter. If you are homeless or near homeless, we’d like to get you into permanent housing.
